Huskie Tools parent company SPARTACO Acquires Bulldog Bender™ — Cable Bending Made Easy

Huskie Tools and Jameson (both Spartaco subsidiaries) are pleased to announce the recent acquisition of the Bulldog Bender™ brand of patented cable-bending tools. As part of this acquisition, Spartaco and its subsidiaries have acquired all business assets and exclusive rights, titles, and interests in the Bulldog Bender™ brand and associated intellectual property.

Accurately bending large gauge electrical cables can be extremely difficult, especially in tight spaces. Bulldog Bender™ provides the power and leverage to easily install, bend, and terminate larger gauge electrical cables in service panels, LB conduit bodies, switchgear, motor controls, wireways, and meter bases.
Bulldog Bender™ cable benders were designed and developed by inventor Vince May – Master Electrician. Vince previously manufactured the product at his Owensboro, Kentucky facility - Bulldog Manufacturing. “Over the years I’ve devoted significant time and effort building the brand into what it is today”, said May. “Huskie Tools & Jameson represents the perfect fit for the brand. I’m excited to see what they can do with Bulldog Bender, to grow the business and reach its full potential.”
The Bulldog Bender™ product line consists of four different models sized to accommodate electrical cable up to 1000 MCM. The product also remains proudly MADE IN THE U.S.A. at the SPARTACO facility in Clover, South Carolina.
