A Focus
on Safety
Years as a Lineman: 20 years
Harry started out in IBEW Local 211 as an apprentice
and got involved in Line work in August 1987, topped
out in October of 1990. After working as a contract
Lineman for 10 years, he took a job for Jersey Central
Power & Light working 4 years as a Lineman and then
in the trouble department as a trouble man on the midnight
– 8 a.m. shift.
For the last 6 years, he has been employed with Atlantic
City Electric as a Senior Lineman/Trouble man. Harry
left his current position to be closer to home and my
family. He is a Husband, a father of three and is involved
in his community as a football, baseball and hockey
coach.
As a Senior Lineman/Trouble man, his duties consist
of day to day line work and he takes care of all the
switching to be performed at all of the Atlantic City’s
Casinos and Hi-rise buildings. He was recommended by
his supervisors to sit on our company’s safety
committee and give feedback to upper management.
"I think it is great that Huskie Tools is asking
for input from guys in the field about the tools that
affect our daily lives, job and most importantly SAFETY!,"
stated Harry.
